• the Big Thing: uploaded all my acnh art. it's very disorganized and could probably have been coded better, but that is fine.
• also made a projects page for silly coding endeavors + a single entry for weird web october.
  • i don't plan on doing all the days! just whatever i feel like whipping up. i might take the opportunity to go through some sunday sites prompts as well.
• changed the legend for my sitemap. i've indicated which links go to pages that are bigger on the inside.
  • also removed the "recently updated" symbol... girl i cannot be assed to add symbols to each link every time i update my site. one day i'll find a more efficient way to do it!
• added one (1) new note to the scrapbook.
• nothing huge, but the changelog is paginated now :•)

• started reinstating my ACNH files – they're in various stages of completion, but the notes page is totally done at least!
• the louie/ruby shrine is finished! i went crazy and just went all in.
  • now i'm wondering if i should start another shrine while i'm at it...
• updated the music, av, and books page with september intake.

• answered an ask about how i update my diary page!
• aaaand a new diary entry!
• added some sketches to the cupid page. (warning for autoplay)
• the biggest update: two new pages in my louie/ruby shrine! :•) i am insane...

• finally finished bringing back the everbloom island host club pages, including the services, host roster, and shop catalog!
  • amenities will remain inaccessible until i finish the new version of my island...

i keep wanting to have more stuff ready before i post updates, but that's how i ended up with only three updates last august... or are we liking the slower but slightly more substantive updates? if you have any strong feelings, my askbox is open.

anyway, on to the updates :)

• i made a shrine for my ducktales oc/canon... well, one of them LMAO. it is accessible via the freakzone!
  • if you don't have access to the freakzone but would like to, follow down the path of this page and read everything first.
• slowly revamping the everbloom island host club homepage... the index and contact pages are back up!
• i updated my site page with a new "about the site" and a post-neocities entry for the personal history.
• i added the "larry, i'm on ducktales" video to my danny pudi shrine. thank you to natalie for the prompting LOL

hello hello!! long time no see!

• added a fave charas and ships page to my pokemon shrine. this is the one New Thing in this update.
• updated my av, music, and books page with august logs. lots of media intake this month, because of all the travels!
  • also added some new articles i read to the books page, under "web" and "personal/other".
• added items to gpoy, clippings (some poems i really love!), toys, and treasures!

it's been kind of a busy month!!

• wrote a new diary entry about my recent trip.
• answered an ask.
• updates to books, av, and music.

as usual with my smaller updates, here are some things i have planned: i'm a) writing up the meat of what will eventually become a louie/ruby (oc/canon) page and b) thinking about a fic rec catalog (i was inspired by qnnna's lovely site).

it's august!!!!!

• reuploaded the games page! it now follows the format of the other media pages, because it drove me insane that it looked so different in its previous form. media subcategory complete!
• password protected pages are now not brat green but hellomei pink.
• suddenly felt a surge of brainworms for community again, so i took it as an opportunity to upload my community livetweet thread!
  • this was also an opportunity for me to figure out a new, 11ty-centric base template for my livetweet threads that i can keep using. i'm very happy with the product... at least now i'll never have to think about it ever again
• also added pagination to my diary landing page, plus a previous/next button at the bottom of each expanded entry.
• added flowers in the attic to fave books.

• answered two asks.
• updated the fucked up recs page with "flowers in the attic" and "savaging the dark".

• new page: cupid! this is really the main update. warning for autoplaying music.
  • i've yet to link him anywhere outside of the changelog, because i'm planning to make an OC page at some point. if it takes too long, i'll probably find a temporary place to put him...
• updated the av, books, and music pages with july media intake.

• new page: heroines, now with new additions! thank you anon for giving me the push to reupload this page sooner!!
• added "may december" (2023) to the fucked up media reclist.
• i forgot to record this last time, but i made a page to collect the stuff i feature on my homepage. here it is.
• new diary entry! in which i record the events of my birthday this year. i'm 26!

• answered an ask about my OCs/SIs page!
• added my paper backgrounds as materials. might as well have something useful on there...
• now page update.
• finally made a theatre page. i did not realize i'd seen so many things!
  • i don't know yet how i feel about it having Zero pics, but it was easy to code as a result, and i feel like looking for the posters of each production i saw would drive me crazy, so this will do :)

i also got started with the cupid page and the OCs/SIs page, so one or both of them will show up in the next update, probably. the cupid page will necessitate an OC page (and it's also making me want to pull my hair out) so that one might take a bit longer!

• i wrote a HUGE writeup on my relationship with yume/selfship (or oc/canon, which is my preferred term). it's like an hour-long read... on web it's got a little table of contents on the side so you can jump to sections though, so yippee. it's in the artifacts list, but here's a direct link.
• i fixed the links on the danny pudi pictures gallery – i didn't realize pagination was fucking it up.

upcoming stuff... i'm pretty beat from all the writing so i imagine i'll do more visual-centric pages for a bit!! i might update the acnh shrine, fix the worm page, or get started on that cupid page i was talking about. thank you as always for stopping by!

• stuff that's back: the danny pudi shrine (BOY DO I HAVE A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS), the livetweets, and the freakzone (when i tell you this was also an endeavor...)!
  • i struggled to move the melonking-generated gallery i had on my danny pudi shrine so i coded an entirely new one with the help of fancybox.
    • if anyone is interested in learning how i worked it, i might write a post. god knows i need the documentation or else my ass will FORGET
  • i used staticrypt (the CLI, but there's an easier way, as i've just discovered) for the freakzone and what's in it. i mainly chose this because i saw someone had written a guide for how to use it with 11ty and vercel, but it turned out to be slightly outdated and i still ended up fumbling through it myself. curses...
    • anyway, it works. passwords are the same as they were before, if you had access.
• i also have a new diary entry up.
